Mandate

Joined as CDO to transform a 60-person government-funded research organisation into a commercially viable SaaS business. COVID-19 began six weeks in. Promoted to CEO after delivering the first provincial contract and resetting the business across its technology, people, and commercial foundations.

The Work

Recruited deep functional practitioners across engineering, product, and commercial operations. Built sales, product management, customer success, and operations. Led the full Series A capital raising lifecycle. Grew the domestic base and expanded internationally, driving commercial momentum while advocating at Federal and State ministerial and departmental level for the digitisation of clinical mental health infrastructure.

The Outcome

$20M Series A closed. Two Canadian provincial implementations: Alberta Health Services (800+ clinicians, 50,000+ youth) and Quebec Ministry of Health. The platform enabled real-time clinical intervention in acute mental health crisis. There are people alive today because clinicians could act when previously they could not.

Mandate

Led the digital products and operations function across Bupa Australia and New Zealand — digital strategy, product management, insights and analytics, agile delivery, and production across a 120-person function.

The Work

Ran concurrent transformation programme streams across health insurance and aged care, including a $10M+ digital re-platform. Led a cultural shift from siloed waterfall delivery to agile, customer-centric continuous delivery.

The Outcome

40% increase in digital channel adoption. 25% improvement in platform availability and stability. Significant cost reduction through technical debt reduction and vendor rationalisation.

Led the enterprise-wide business technology function across Servcorp’s global operations — architecture, development, business analysis, quality, and service delivery. Responsible for technology strategy, roadmap, and delivery across all 23 countries.

The Work

Led the global rollout of a cloud-based CRM system. Rationalised systems, vendors, and costs across the portfolio. Rebuilt team culture and maintained 95% retention through significant organisational change.

The Outcome
